Paşa Ali Suni charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paşa Ali Suni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Raci izci booed when Urfa spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paşa Ali Suni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lütfullah Acabay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Ömür Demren, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After a rather tough play, Urfa spor's Gökhun Okanay got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 44th minute, Ahmet Danış Peşrev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Urfa spor's Lütfullah Acabay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Can Çağnur in the 79th minute of play. After 80th play minutes Jonny Termander shot 10-0, a short shot which went by Lütfullah Acabay and just under the crossbar into goal. Fazlı Artuç blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lütfullah Acabay having to make a save. If Jonny Termander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
