The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hatemi Hinoğlu was the one to do the kick off. Afsin's supporters crossed their fingers, but İsmail Hakkı Arıkan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Arif Egemen Kayıboylu came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Elbeyli SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arif Egemen Kayıboylu couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Afsin's Tuncer Eryetiş got control of the ball when Afşin Elmacıoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elbeyli SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fırat Tuğyan in the 77th minute. The corner ended in Fırat Tuğyan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Afsin's Tuncer Eryetiş did a great save. When Afşin Elmacıoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Elbeyli SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afşin Elmacıoğlu couldn't finish the play. Elbeyli SK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
