Eruh SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The Eruh SK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cifteler were winning 1-2.

Tarkan Omay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bican Heper read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yusuf Eröz in the 60th minute of play forced Eruh SK's goalkeeper Bican Heper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mustafa Necati Batüralp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamdullah Kartekin in the 62nd minute of play. When the match had been going on for 64 minutes, Cifteler's Tarkan Omay got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Bican Heper. Cifteler's Mustafa Necati Batüralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anıl Sureha in the 79th minute of play. Cifteler's Yusuf Eröz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 81st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Yusuf Eröz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Hamdullah Kartekin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Necati Batüralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Eruh SK's Bican Heper got control of the ball when Irinel Zbora tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 96 minutes into the game, when Davut Ekici put in a rough tackle. In the 95th minute, one of Cifteler:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cifteler. Cifteler's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
