When Ahmet Arif Nurtac came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Germencik FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Arif Nurtac couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the game, Aycan Namık was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germencik FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karagümrük JK the free kick. In the 16th match minute, Germencik FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aycan Namık to maneuver through the defense. Merih Hürol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Talip Necaettin having to interfere. Merih Hürol scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Talip Necaettin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Enrico Pardaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Merih Hürol came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Karagümrük JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Merih Hürol couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Germencik FK's zone, Enrico Pardaves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Talip Necaettin came out of the goal and Enrico Pardaves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute, Enrico Pardaves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karagümrük JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Germencik FK's goalkeeper Talip Necaettin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Merih Hürol struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Talip Necaettin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karagümrük JK. Talip Necaettin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Merih Hürol, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Carlos Gillis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Talip Necaettin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Merih Hürol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tolgahan Özçin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ali Güralp Ertuna.

Karagümrük JK's Tolgahan Özçin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ata Sureha in the 56th minute of play. If Ahmet Arif Nurtac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erdi Öksak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Talip Necaettin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boran Toydeniz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Talip Necaettin made a huge save. Merih Hürol in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. In the 70thth minute of the game Merih Hürol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germencik FK's Talip Necaettin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
