Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hilmi İcmal started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Arslan Yuvakuran dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Saltuk Mevlit, 1-0. Selim Suerkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Istinye's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hızır Perinçek was slow to take the kick. During this time Kahta's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Kahta's Hızır Perinçek to fire away a dangerous shot which Saltuk Mevlit despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arslan Yuvakuran in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saltuk Mevlit saved Istinye from getting behind. 20 minutes into the match, Istinye's goal looked a bit too open when Arslan Yuvakuran came free, but Saltuk Mevlit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evren Ulvi hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Istinye's Saltuk Mevlit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arslan Yuvakuran in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute of the match Günalp Tamkut sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Saltuk Mevlit skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Istinye defense, Arslan Yuvakuran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saltuk Mevlit. The Istinye fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saltuk Mevlit should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Arslan Yuvakuran sped through Istinye's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Saltuk Mevlit. If Selim Suerkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Günalp Tamkut took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Saltuk Mevlit. Istinye's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Saltuk Mevlit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arslan Yuvakuran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Istinye's zone, Selim Suerkan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saltuk Mevlit came out of the goal and Selim Suerkan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Selim Suerkan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saltuk Mevlit read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute of the match Günalp Tamkut sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Saltuk Mevlit skillfully saved the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arslan Yuvakuran to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Selim Suerkan made a precise shot to the right of Saltuk Mevlit. Istinye's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Arslan Yuvakuran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kahta's supporters rose to their feet, but Arslan Yuvakuran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saltuk Mevlit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Hilmi İcmal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kürşat Gariboğlu. That made the score 4-1 in the 69 minute of play. Kürşat Gariboğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alişan Tuğtekin in the 77th minute of play. Arslan Yuvakuran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Saltuk Mevlit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Selim Suerkan struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Saltuk Mevlit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kahta. Saltuk Mevlit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hızır Perinçek in the 90th minute of the match. Kürşat Gariboğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilmi İcmal, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute of the match, Arif Nihat Harmancı got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kürşat Gariboğlu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kahta fully deserved thier win.
