The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in GaziAntp's zone, Cenk Aytekin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arie van der Weerden came out of the goal and Cenk Aytekin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. GaziAntp's Arie van der Weerden proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save GaziAntp from getting a goal against them. Arie van der Weerden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Behzat Tenzil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Songurhan Çelikoz charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Songurhan Çelikoz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tercan JK booed when GaziAntp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Songurhan Çelikoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Arie van der Weerden successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tercan JK's Ateş Sağlamer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Militaru in the 16th minute of play. Ergincan Yersel kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Cenk Aytekin charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cenk Aytekin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th minute, Cenk Aytekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Militaru in the 33rd minute of play forced Tercan JK's goalkeeper Ateş Sağlamer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Reis Yeğrek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ateş Sağlamer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Reis Yeğrek came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the GaziAntp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reis Yeğrek couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the match, Tercan JK's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Militaru came free, but Ateş Sağlamer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of GaziAntp booed when Tercan JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cengizhan Uçman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Behzat Tenzil to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Albert Militaru took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Ateş Sağlamer to make any attempt to save it. When Songurhan Çelikoz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. A collision led to GaziAntp getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Songurhan Çelikoz hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tercan JK's zone, Reis Yeğrek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ateş Sağlamer came out of the goal and Reis Yeğrek tried to chip the ball over his head. Sungur Utman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arie van der Weerden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Behzat Tenzil in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Eralp Ülgen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reis Yeğreks short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Ateş Sağlamer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Reis Yeğrek might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ateş Sağlamer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reis Yeğrek ran back to his position shaking his head. Reis Yeğrek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Ateş Sağlamer made a huge save. Reis Yeğrek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ateş Sağlamer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Albert Militaru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ateş Sağlamer. Tercan JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albert Militaru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Tercan JK's zone, Eralp Ülgen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ateş Sağlamer came out of the goal and Eralp Ülgen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tercan JK's Ateş Sağlamer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Tercan JK from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded GaziAntp left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tercan JK.
