Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Agili's Ahmet Turan İrfanoğlu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Galatasaray İdman Yurdu fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Galatasaray İdman Yurdu's Özdemir Okdemir looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tevfik Sanay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Özdemir Okdemir in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck İlhami Tolgahan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes into the match, Agili's goal looked a bit too open when Tevfik Sanay came free, but İlhami Tolgahan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Agili getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Cihan Bayraktar hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the game, Cihan Bayraktar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Agili's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galatasaray İdman Yurdu the free kick. Agili's İlhami Tolgahan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tevfik Sanay in the 33rd minute of play. İlhami Tolgahan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özdemir Okdemir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Özdemir Okdemir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. İlhami Tolgahan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 46th minute, Özdemir Okdemir made a precise shot to the right of İlhami Tolgahan. Agili's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Özdemir Okdemir was the one to do the kick off. İlhami Tolgahan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tevfik Sanay in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Agili's goalkeeper İlhami Tolgahan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Özdemir Okdemir's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, İlhami Tolgahan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Özdemir Okdemir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but İlhami Tolgahan made a huge save. A collision led to Galatasaray İdman Yurdu getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Hüsamettin Enver hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the match, Özdemir Okdemir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İlhami Tolgahan. Agili's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Özdemir Okdemir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Ahmet Turan İrfanoğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ali Güralp Zeyni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Turan İrfanoğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Bahtiyar Özakın managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galatasaray İdman Yurdu's supporters rose to their feet, but Bahtiyar Özakın was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. İlhami Tolgahan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Galatasaray İdman Yurdu's Özdemir Okdemir suffered a concussion in the 80th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 80 minutes, Zeki Tan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Agili and the Galatasaray İdman Yurdu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th minute, one of Agili:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Agili. When the match had been going on for 83 minutes, Galatasaray İdman Yurdu's Süreyya Keykavus got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of İlhami Tolgahan. After a rather tough play, Agili's Ahmet Turan İrfanoğlu got a free kick in the 85th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as İbrahim Ethem İmralı kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving İlhami Tolgahan. That made the score 0-7 in the 89 minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Ahmet Turan İrfanoğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Agili's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galatasaray İdman Yurdu the free kick. Ahmet Turan İrfanoğlu hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The supporters of Galatasaray İdman Yurdu booed when Agili was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Turan İrfanoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Süreyya Keykavus shot from long distance in the 95th minute, but İlhami Tolgahan was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, İbrahim Ethem İmralı put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of İlhami Tolgahan. Galatasaray İdman Yurdu played a much better game than Agili and deserved their victory. The Agili players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
