Spectators: 5001 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anıl Taykurt started the match with the kick off. Necip Fazıl Öveç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuncay Sağun, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Talip Ergüden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Necip Fazıl Öveç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 12 minutes, Talip Ergüden managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aydin FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Talip Ergüden was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tuncay Sağun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Necip Fazıl Öveç having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Metehan Karacabey during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Aydin FK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Metehan Karacabey hit a great ball. When Aydin FK's Tuncay Sağun in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Armutl's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Armutl's zone, Tuncay Sağun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Necip Fazıl Öveç came out of the goal and Tuncay Sağun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 36 played minutes Aydin FK got a freekick which was hit by Metehan Karacabey. The audience thought a goal was coming when Süreyya Armağan got free with Alican Şükür in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Necip Fazıl Öveç stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Talip Ergüden's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tuncay Sağun to strike the kick off in the second half. Tuncay Sağun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 played minutes Armutl got a freekick which was hit by Anıl Taykurt. Şeref Bayrak hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Aydin FK's goal looked a bit too open when Süreyya Armağan came free, but Alican Şükür reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Metehan Karacabey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Necip Fazıl Öveç having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Abdurrahman Evcimen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71stth minute of the game Tuncay Sağun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Armutl's Necip Fazıl Öveç was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Metehan Karacabey was shown his second yellow card after 75 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Ahmet Nasir Kocay was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Tuncay Sağun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Necip Fazıl Öveç having to make a save. A collision led to Aydin FK getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Enginalp Gürgan hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, Aydin FK's Talip Ergüden sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Necip Fazıl Öveç narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Armutl's Şeref Bayrak got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Aydin FK's Kunter Zekeriya tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Tuncay Sağun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
