In the 11th minute Güntekin Kurtaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faik Olcaytug saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Söke FK getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Arif Memduh Özengin hit a great ball. The supporters of Gürsu JK booed when Söke FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faik Olcaytug yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The supporters of Gürsu JK booed when Söke FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davut Uzer didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Tolgahan Okaner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Doğuş Şenal was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Güntekin Kurtaran succeeded in the game's 35th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Ulryk Karwowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Faik Olcaytug. That made the score 5-0 in the 48 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hüsmen Beykan to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüsmen Beykan in the 58th minute of play forced Gürsu JK's goalkeeper Doğuş Şenal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Güntekin Kurtaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faik Olcaytug saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ulryk Karwowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Güntekin Kurtaran took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Faik Olcaytug. Faik Olcaytug dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. After having played for 98 minutes, Eddie Biörk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gürsu JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eddie Biörk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Gürsu JK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
