Mustafa İzzet Cihanser came out of the goal and Pekin Tankoç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pekin Tankoç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa İzzet Cihanser having to interfere. Mustafa İzzet Cihanser came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Fenerbahçe Sk's Pekin Tankoç. But to his dismay, Pekin Tankoç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 44 minutes of play, Fenerbahçe Sk's Constantino Resto made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mustafa İzzet Cihanser was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
