Bayrakli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kirsehir JK the free kick. Abdulaziz Ünzil kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. With his leg Mustafa İzzet Cihanser managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Kirsehir JK's Aşır Taşkan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 7 minutes into the match, Kirsehir JK's goal looked a bit too open when Selmi İşcan came free, but Erdal Tengiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ali Cengiz Benlioğlu fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bayrakli's protests and gave Ali Cengiz Benlioğlu a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selmi İşcan in the 20th minute of play forced Kirsehir JK's goalkeeper Erdal Tengiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 24th minute of the match Ali Cengiz Benlioğlu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ali Cengiz Benlioğlu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Bayrakli's Ali Cengiz Benlioğlu got a free kick in the 24th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bayrakli's zone, Aşır Taşkan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa İzzet Cihanser came out of the goal and Aşır Taşkan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gazi Cemşit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa İzzet Cihanser having to interfere. Gazi Cemşit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Gazi Cemşit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kirsehir JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Gazi Cemşit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mustafa İzzet Cihanser breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kirsehir JK's Bulut Kayansel couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 41st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Bayrakli. If Güral Süvarioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aşır Taşkan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Mustafa İzzet Cihanser when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Selmi İşcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erdal Tengiz having to interfere. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 55th minute, but Erdal Tengiz got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Kirsehir JK hanging dry this time. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kamber Yatman during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gazi Cemşit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa İzzet Cihanser having to interfere. In the 67th minute Gazi Cemşit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa İzzet Cihanser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aşır Taşkan struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Mustafa İzzet Cihanser didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kirsehir JK. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gazi Cemşit in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mustafa İzzet Cihanser saved Bayrakli from getting behind. When Umur Özaltın came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Kirsehir JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Umur Özaltın couldn't finish the play. Mustafa İzzet Cihanser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gazi Cemşit, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Gazi Cemşit's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mustafa İzzet Cihanser read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bayrakli players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kirsehir JK.
