Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) KIRMIZI ŞİMŞEKLER's Jeffrey Burton started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Jeffrey Burton came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the KIRMIZI ŞİMŞEKLER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeffrey Burton couldn't finish the play. Doruk Mübarek was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Vural Dervişoğlu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vural Dervişoğlu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Baskale's goal looked a bit too open when Sivert Ekström came free, but Volkan Garipbaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Volkan Garipbaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sivert Ekström in the 21st minute of the match. Mehmet Edip Taykurt made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 28thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Doruk Mübarek would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. KIRMIZI ŞİMŞEKLER's Jeffrey Burton got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th match minute, KIRMIZI ŞİMŞEKLER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Münir Orhan to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, Mehmet Edip Taykurt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Baskale's Recai Özgunes got a free kick in the 38th minute. KIRMIZI ŞİMŞEKLER's Doruk Mübarek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vural Dervişoğlu in the 42nd minute of play. Doruk Mübarek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vural Dervişoğlu in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

A collision led to KIRMIZI ŞİMŞEKLER getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Seyit Hisar hit a great ball. Volkan Garipbaş stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeffrey Burton's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Kubat Özsel charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kubat Özsel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Baskale getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Kubat Özsel hit a great ball. If Jeffrey Burton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Baskale's Vural Dervişoğlu got a free kick in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Baskale getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Recai Özgunes hit a great ball. Jeffrey Burton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volkan Garipbaş having to interfere. A well placed Jeffrey Burton short distance shot in the 73rd minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Seyit Hisar hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Andaç Salik, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Sivert Ekström could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Volkan Garipbaş however easily saved by the left post. 84 minutes into the match, Mehmet Edip Taykurt notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of KIRMIZI ŞİMŞEKLER's Doruk Mübarek. Doruk Mübarek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Volkan Garipbaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cengizhan Mert in the 97th minute of the match. The Baskale players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
