Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB's Ali Haydar Başeskioğlu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ali Haydar Başeskioğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esat Balkanlı made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Tahir Baykal sent off a good shot on target. Vural Baykan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th minute Vural Baykan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esat Balkanlı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tahir Baykal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 15 minutes into the game, Ahmet Refik Haliç was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Datca JK the free kick. In the 15th match minute, ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Refik Haliç to maneuver through the defense. Tahir Baykal succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 16th playminute. In the 20th minute, Ali Haydar Başeskioğlu made a precise shot to the right of İzzet Orcun. Datca JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Esat Balkanlı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vural Baykan in the 23rd minute of the match. The supporters of ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB booed when Datca JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ertan Uğurlubay didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Mete Tercan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Datca JK the free kick. In the 26th minute, Mete Tercan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. İzzet Orcun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlyas Tolga Turaç in the 29th minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, İlyas Tolga Turaç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB's supporters crossed their fingers, but İlyas Tolga Turaç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ali Haydar Başeskioğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB's Esat Balkanlı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vural Baykan in the 55th minute of play. Esat Balkanlı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tahir Baykal in the 56th minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yavuz Selim Temizkan to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Vural Baykan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Esat Balkanlı. ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vural Baykan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If İlyas Tolga Turaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Haydar Başeskioğlu in the 67th minute of play forced Datca JK's goalkeeper İzzet Orcun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB's goal looked a bit too open when Vural Baykan came free, but Esat Balkanlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esat Balkanlı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vural Baykan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mazhar Mert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Esat Balkanlı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 minutes, Necati Şinasi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB and the Datca JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Necati Şinasi hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Esat Balkanlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vural Baykan in the 81st minute of play. Tahir Baykal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esat Balkanlı having to interfere. A collision led to ÖzeN FootbaLL CluB getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Ahmet Refik Haliç hit a great ball. If Vural Baykan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Datca JK had played much better football throughout.
