Sadettin İsmet hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the game, Baki Semir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Agin FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arhavi FK the free kick. The supporters of Arhavi FK booed when Agin FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baki Semir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Seyfi Utkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Seyfi Utkan came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Arhavi FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Seyfi Utkan couldn't finish the play. Arhavi FK's Arif Memduh İnegöllü pulled a muscle in his leg after 12 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When İstemihan Ulucan fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Agin FK's protests and gave İstemihan Ulucan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Agin FK getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. İstemihan Ulucan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Agin FK's zone, Seyfi Utkan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bilgehan Dolunay came out of the goal and Seyfi Utkan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. İstemihan Ulucan hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the game, one of Arhavi FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Peker Beyhan, was totally fooled by Agin FK's Fedai Yağınalp, who 19 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. During the 24th minute of the match İstemihan Ulucan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave İstemihan Ulucan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. If Rasim Tokuztuğ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rasim Tokuztuğ blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bilgehan Dolunay having to make a save. 31 minutes into the match, Arhavi FK's goalkeeper Peker Beyhan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Işıkalp Sözmen. When Baki Semir came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Agin FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baki Semir couldn't finish the play. Işıkalp Sözmen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Peker Beyhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Işıkalp Sözmen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peker Beyhan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Arhavi FK's Rasim Tokuztuğ got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Işıkalp Sözmen to make the kick off. Gürkan Kumuk might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bilgehan Dolunay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gürkan Kumuk ran back to his position shaking his head. Ahmet Göktuğ Öveç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Göktuğ Öveç in the 59th minute of play forced Arhavi FK's goalkeeper Peker Beyhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peker Beyhan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Işıkalp Sözmen went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Peker Beyhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Göktuğ Öveç in the 69th minute of the match. Arif Burak Tunçkurt's late challenge caught a Agin FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arif Burak Tunçkurt helped the player get up and apologised. Arif Burak Tunçkurt kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Işıkalp Sözmen struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Peker Beyhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Agin FK. In the 82nd minute, Süruri Vakkasoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gürkan Kumuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bilgehan Dolunay having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Agin FK had won after a very even match.
