Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Denizhan Bergin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Vahdet Tanuğur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yenifakili's Aygün Sağlam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raik Bekdil in the 19th minute of play. Aygün Sağlam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İsmail Hakkı İncirli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denizhan Bergin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Vahdet Tanuğur skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dinç Kurhan during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th minute, one of Yenifakili:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yenifakili. Suat Urangu placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 32 minutes, Ahmet Hayri İhya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cayeli and the Yenifakili players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Cayeli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Hayri İhya to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Levent İnan got free with Vahdet Tanuğur in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 37th minute Raik Bekdil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aygün Sağlam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doğa İlican received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Aygün Sağlam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raik Bekdil in the 44th minute of play forced Yenifakili's goalkeeper Aygün Sağlam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as Cayeli's Tayfur Türeli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aygün Sağlam. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. In the 58th minute, Tayfur Türeli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aygün Sağlam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tayfur Türeli, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Aygün Sağlam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raik Bekdil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, İsmail Hakkı İncirli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aygün Sağlam was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Aygün Sağlam made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when İsmail Hakkı İncirli sent off a good shot on target. When Kıraç İşbilir fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yenifakili's protests and gave Kıraç İşbilir a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, Kıraç İşbilir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Yenifakili's Aygün Sağlam got control of the ball when İsmail Hakkı İncirli tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 84 played minutes Yenifakili got a freekick which was hit by Levent İnan. In the 89th minute, Tayfur Türeli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aygün Sağlam. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 92nd minute, Tayfur Türeli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Yenifakili's goal looked a bit too open when Raik Bekdil came free, but Aygün Sağlam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reis İksir scored 1-4 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vahdet Tanuğur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cayeli's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
