The corner ended in Oğuzcan Uslu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Izmirspor JK's Garip Yürükoğlu did a great save. A collision led to Izmirspor JK getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Aytek Taşboğa hit a great ball. After 13 minutes, Ahmet Korkut Uzman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bostanli JK and the Izmirspor JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Ahmet Korkut Uzman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bostanli JK's Soner Tezkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şafak Boran in the 25th minute of play. Tanju Saik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garip Yürükoğlu having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Aytaç Tokyürek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Garip Yürükoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Şafak Boran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aytaç Tokyürek struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Garip Yürükoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bostanli JK. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Akay Saim during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Izmirspor JK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute.
