Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kocarli's Vecdet Dağtekin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Kalamis's goal looked a bit too open when Gökay Merdan came free, but Bahri Sarduç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Raşit Akmaner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Reha Erem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Kalamis's goal looked a bit too open when Gökay Merdan came free, but Bahri Sarduç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ogün Uçbeyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Çelik Tecik took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ahmet Reha Erem. Kocarli's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Mahir Acabay fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kalamis's protests and gave Mahir Acabay a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Kalamis got a freekick which was hit by Mahir Acabay. Vecdet Dağtekin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Bahri Sarduç skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 26thth minute of the game Raşit Akmaner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kocarli's Ahmet Reha Erem was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th match minute, Kocarli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikail Vecdet to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, Kalamis's goalkeeper Bahri Sarduç had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vecdet Dağtekin. Vecdet Dağtekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahri Sarduç having to interfere. Vecdet Dağtekin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bahri Sarduç having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ogün Uçbeyi in the 47th minute of play forced Kocarli's goalkeeper Ahmet Reha Erem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raşit Akmaner to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Mahir Acabay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ahmet Reha Erem was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute, Gökay Merdan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kocarli's Ahmet Reha Erem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raşit Akmaner in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raşit Akmaner in the 68th minute of play forced Kocarli's goalkeeper Ahmet Reha Erem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Raşit Akmaner came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Kalamis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raşit Akmaner couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute of the match, Ogün Uçbeyi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ahmet Reha Erem was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Kocarli's Ahmet Reha Erem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Kocarli from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gökay Merdan in the 95th minute of play forced Kalamis's goalkeeper Bahri Sarduç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalamis's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
