Alptuğ Bahadır made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Önder Umural in the 8th minute of play. Metehan Semir's late challenge caught a Kazan SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Metehan Semir helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Kazan SK booed when KaracaosmanFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Metehan Semir didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, KaracaosmanFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mustafa Ünlem fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ceyhan Uğurcan succeeded in the game's 12th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceyhan Uğurcan in the 22nd minute of play forced Kazan SK's goalkeeper Necat Tekinalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Önder Umural in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alptuğ Bahadır prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Özer Süner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ceyhan Uğurcan to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Önder Umural shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alptuğ Bahadır saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. İbrahim Kiray hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Önder Umural in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alptuğ Bahadır saved KaracaosmanFC from getting behind. Mehmet Emre Geylanoğullarından kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. A hard shot by Anıl Berk Girgin from long distance, 59 minutes into the match, got Necat Tekinalp's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Necat Tekinalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceyhan Uğurcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Alptuğ Bahadır didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mustafa Ünlem went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute, Ceyhan Uğurcan fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 77 minutes, Önder Umural managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kazan SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Önder Umural was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mustafa Ünlem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alptuğ Bahadır having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Önder Umural got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Kazan SK's Yıldırım Sarih got a free kick in the 90th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Kazan SK's Mustafa Ünlem sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alptuğ Bahadır narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ceyhan Uğurcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Özer Süner managed to get in a good position for a shot. KaracaosmanFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Özer Süner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Necat Tekinalp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kazan SK fans cheered their team off the field, for while KaracaosmanFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
