Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Taci Özkan took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Kamer Kalhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mete Cangiray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taci Özkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mete Cangiray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kostadin Lalev in the 11th minute of the match. Gürün's Rasim Sargınal got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceyhun Özertan in the 15th minute of play forced Battalgazi's goalkeeper Anıl Toprak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ceyhun Özertan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rasim Sargınal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ceyhun Özertan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Toprak having to interfere. After 26 minutes of play, Battalgazi's İhsan İlsev made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mete Cangiray was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Gürün booed when Battalgazi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Öztürk Safvetullah didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Kostadin Lalev notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Gürün's Mete Cangiray. Mete Cangiray was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Taci Özkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Mete Cangiray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Gürün players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Battalgazi were winning 0-2.

Kostadin Lalev's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Mete Cangiray skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gürün's Mete Cangiray proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Gürün from getting a goal against them. Ramiro Darroja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Mete Cangiray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ceyhun Özertan fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gürün's protests and gave Ceyhun Özertan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th minute, Ceyhun Özertan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute Rasim Sargınal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anıl Toprak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Taci Özkan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mete Cangiray. Taci Özkan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Battalgazi's Ahmet Oğuz Yeğin was substituted for Ákos Boross. In the 87th minute of the match Gürün got a corner. Battalgazi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ceyhun Özertan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Battalgazi's İhsan İlsev got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 94 played minutes Battalgazi got a freekick which was hit by Öztürk Safvetullah. Battalgazi played a much better game than Gürün and deserved their victory. The Gürün players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
