Tolga Durali who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Yıldıray Seyhan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erbatur Sezer in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yıldıray Seyhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yıldıray Seyhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erbatur Sezer in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erbatur Sezer made a kick off. AEK Argolis's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Berkant Berksu scored to the left of an out of position Mesut Bozkaya, making the score, 2-1. When AEK Argolis's Erbatur Sezer, in the 69th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for AEK Argolis. 70 minutes into the match, Balat SK's goal looked a bit too open when Tolga Durali came free, but Yıldıray Seyhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mesut Bozkaya made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Batı Yükselir sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, AEK Argolis's Tolga Durali got a free kick in the 85th minute. Yıldıray Seyhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erbatur Sezer, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
