Spectators: 6943 (Terracing: 5443, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cabbar Ökkeş kicked off to start the match. Reşit Attaroğlu's late challenge caught a Kocaelispor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reşit Attaroğlu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, Dalyan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reşit Attaroğlu to maneuver through the defense. Kocaelispor's Mehmet Edip Kabil couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 5th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dalyan. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Abdi Dervişoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kocaelispor's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdi Dervişoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haşmet Karaoğlan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 20 minutes into the match, Dalyan's goalkeeper Haşmet Karaoğlan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Halis Balısoy. With a little luck, Dalyan's Haşmet Karaoğlan got control of the ball when Mehmet Edip Kabil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mehmet Edip Kabil was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 32nd minute. Kocaelispor's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cabbar Ökkeş charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cabbar Ökkeş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kocaelispor booed when Dalyan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cabbar Ökkeş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalyan's Haşmet Karaoğlan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Dalyan from getting a goal against them. 46 minutes into the match, Kocaelispor's Mehmet Edip Kabil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Haşmet Karaoğlan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Haşmet Karaoğlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Edip Kabil, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Nurtekin Dilsafa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haşmet Karaoğlan having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Mehmet Edip Kabil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haşmet Karaoğlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Dalyan's Cabbar Ökkeş got a free kick in the 65th minute. Alper Seha hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. If Mehmet Edip Kabil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 played minutes Dalyan got a freekick which was hit by Fadıl Ataner. After recieving a nice pass, Kocaelispor's Mehmet Edip Kabil tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Mehmet Edip Kabil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 played minutes Dalyan got a freekick which was hit by Reşit Attaroğlu. Cabbar Ökkeş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Kocaelispor players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
