Özgür Şakib hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, YeşilyurtSK's Aycan Budak broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Sami Yazgan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, SİMAV BOZKURTLARI's Kutlay Veli got control of the ball when Rahman Yürüker tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute, Rahman Yürüker fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kutlay Veli, passed just outside the right post. YeşilyurtSK's Macit Ulusoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Baran Tamer in the 24th minute of play. Ali Baran Tamer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Macit Ulusoy having to interfere. After some careless play in the YeşilyurtSK defense, Ali Ömer Akçakan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Macit Ulusoy. The YeşilyurtSK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Macit Ulusoy should have stopped the shot. Macit Ulusoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Baran Tamer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute, YeşilyurtSK's Sami Yazgan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kutlay Veli. Kutlay Veli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Baran Tamer to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Sami Yazgan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kutlay Veli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ali Baran Tamer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in YeşilyurtSK's zone, Ali Ömer Akçakan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Macit Ulusoy came out of the goal and Ali Ömer Akçakan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kutlay Veli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahman Yürüker in the 74th minute of play. Ali Ömer Akçakan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Macit Ulusoy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kutlay Veli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sami Yazgan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sami Yazgan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Kutlay Veli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sami Yazgan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Macit Ulusoy made a fantastic save in the 99th minute, when Ali Ömer Akçakan sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in YeşilyurtSK's zone, Ali Baran Tamer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Macit Ulusoy came out of the goal and Ali Baran Tamer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SİMAV BOZKURTLARI's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
