Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edip Uçarer took the kick off in the first half of the match. Çakabey Tuğsavan scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ertan Ciray, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ertan Ciray stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Müfit Erdönmez's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. If Erim Satı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Müfit Erdönmez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caybasi's Çakabey Tuğsavan got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Karasu JK's zone, Müfit Erdönmez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ertan Ciray came out of the goal and Müfit Erdönmez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çakabey Tuğsavan in the 34th minute of play forced Karasu JK's goalkeeper Ertan Ciray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Caybasi's Nihat Tanyolaç got a free kick in the 35th minute. Ertan Ciray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çakabey Tuğsavan, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Yavuz Selim Bektaş hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half Caybasi were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Edip Uçarer came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Karasu JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edip Uçarer couldn't finish the play. Müfit Erdönmez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Caybasi's Çakabey Tuğsavan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ertan Ciray narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Müfit Erdönmez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ertan Ciray having to interfere. Çakabey Tuğsavan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Karasu JK getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Seyfullah Rasif hit a great ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Edip Uçarer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karasu JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edip Uçarer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edip Uçarer in the 76th minute of play forced Caybasi's goalkeeper Hürkan Orguntay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Yavuz Selim Bektaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hürkan Orguntay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edip Uçarer in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Müfit Erdönmez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ertan Ciray was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ertan Ciray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çakabey Tuğsavan, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Erim Satı struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Hürkan Orguntay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karasu JK. With a little luck, Karasu JK's Ertan Ciray got control of the ball when Müfit Erdönmez tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çakabey Tuğsavan in the 95th minute of play forced Karasu JK's goalkeeper Ertan Ciray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Caybasi supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Caybasi would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
