After having played for 11 minutes, Evren Usbay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pegasus Gücü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evren Usbay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Arakli's zone, Evren Usbay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efe Uçkun came out of the goal and Evren Usbay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hayri Baykoca hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. The Pegasus Gücü fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Bilge Kağan Yetişbey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Naci Azer came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Pegasus Gücü fans jumped to their feet.
