The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rdth minute of the game Kajetan Polakowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DUMAN's Ünsal Akatay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ulu Demirci hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 1-0 became the score in the 17th minute when Okanalp Ruhittin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ali Kağan Canbek took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ünsal Akatay. Bor JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Selmi Akil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kajetan Polakowski in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ünsal Akatay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 55thth minute of the game İsmet Bozoğluer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bor JK's Özbek Verim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 60th minute Okanalp Ruhittin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özbek Verim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebiu Barbosu might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ünsal Akatay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by İsmet Bozoğluer in the 73rd minute of play forced Bor JK's goalkeeper Özbek Verim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bor JK getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Cenan İnanç hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Okanalp Ruhittin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Özbek Verim. Bor JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Okanalp Ruhittin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 80th match minute, DUMAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakkı Kenan Baysal to maneuver through the defense. Ünsal Akatay was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Abbas Uman. In the 84th minute, Ulu Demirci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bor JK's Güralp Murathan got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Ünsal Akatay managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Bor JK's Kajetan Polakowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bor JK players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
