When Mehmet Ferit Yolaç fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Köprüköy JK's protests and gave Mehmet Ferit Yolaç a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 played minutes Köprüköy JK got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Ferit Yolaç. Okanalp Rezan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Mehmet Bedri Belen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolga Mücip in the 11th minute of play forced Köprüköy JK's goalkeeper Müfit Ortun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Köprüköy JK's Müfit Ortun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolga Mücip in the 14th minute of play. Akil Tayguner who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Mehmet Bedri Belen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 19 minutes of play, Sariyer FK's Tolga Mücip made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Müfit Ortun was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Okanalp Rezan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sariyer FK's Mehmet Bedri Belen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Okanalp Rezan in the 29th minute of play. After 29 minutes, Ahmet Erdem Hekimoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sariyer FK and the Köprüköy JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sariyer FK's Ahmet Erdem Hekimoğlu got a free kick in the 29th minute. Akil Tayguner who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Mehmet Bedri Belen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 33 minutes into the match, Sariyer FK's goal looked a bit too open when Okanalp Rezan came free, but Mehmet Bedri Belen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Akil Tayguner in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mehmet Bedri Belen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Köprüköy JK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sariyer FK were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tolga Mücip to strike the kick off in the second half. Mehmet Halis Sönmez's late challenge caught a Sariyer FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mehmet Halis Sönmez helped the player get up and apologised. Mehmet Halis Sönmez kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 56 minutes, Akil Tayguner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Köprüköy JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Akil Tayguner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sariyer FK's zone, Okanalp Rezan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Bedri Belen came out of the goal and Okanalp Rezan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Okanalp Rezan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehmet Bedri Belen having to make a save. After some careless play in the Sariyer FK defense, Akil Tayguner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mehmet Bedri Belen. The Sariyer FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mehmet Bedri Belen should have stopped the shot. If Okanalp Rezan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Okanalp Rezan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Bedri Belen was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Müfit Ortun didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 80th minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. After having played for 84 minutes, Mehmet Halis Sönmez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Köprüköy JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Halis Sönmez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th minute, Okanalp Rezan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Bedri Belen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sariyer FK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
