Alanyaspor's Haşim Tarhun suffered a concussion after 20 minutes and had to leave the field. When Hüseyin Rahmi Suni fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eyüpspor JK's protests and gave Hüseyin Rahmi Suni a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Eyüpspor JK's Hüseyin Rahmi Suni got a free kick in the 21st minute. İbrahim Efe Kiner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yakup Ugraş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hüseyin Rahmi Suni hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Arslan Resul made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdulkerim Sonay in the 26th minute. Yakup Ugraş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute Yakup Ugraş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İbrahim Efe Kiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Yakup Ugraş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tom Esken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 40 minutes, Abdulkerim Sonay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eyüpspor JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdulkerim Sonay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Yakup Ugraş notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Eyüpspor JK's İbrahim Efe Kiner. İbrahim Efe Kiner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Alanyaspor were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdulkerim Sonay made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Yakup Ugraş was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alanyaspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eyüpspor JK the free kick. 58 minutes into the match, Alanyaspor's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Esken came free, but Arslan Resul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arslan Resul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulkerim Sonay in the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Alanyaspor's zone, Tom Esken stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arslan Resul came out of the goal and Tom Esken tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arslan Resul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tom Esken in the 70th minute of the match. Mehmet Emrah Barkan's late challenge caught a Eyüpspor JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mehmet Emrah Barkan helped the player get up and apologised. Burhan Korcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute.
