Baran Alp Başkaynak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulkerim Sonay in the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Düzici's goalkeeper Baran Alp Başkaynak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Abdulkerim Sonay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tom Esken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Baran Alp Başkaynak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tom Esken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdulkerim Sonay made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Tom Esken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eyüpspor JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Tom Esken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baran Alp Başkaynak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute, Musa Yalazay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eyüpspor JK's Tom Esken got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abdi Mehmet Sefir struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. After 82 minutes, Tom Esken made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Düzici's Baran Alp Başkaynak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Abdulkerim Sonay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Baran Alp Başkaynak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eyüpspor JK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
