Ulvi Perinçek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sever Ardeleanu's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. 27 minutes into the game, Aurelio Eneto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ulvi Perinçek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 34th minute, Aurelio Eneto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Besiktas's Oğuzalp Onatsu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Besiktas's Nuratay Umman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Besiktas from getting a goal against them.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arif Tugay Sökmensu to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Besiktas's Oğuzalp Onatsu got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56th match minute, Besiktas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikail Abdulhakimoğlu to maneuver through the defense. Nuratay Umman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şemsettin Kağan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Besiktas's Sever Ardeleanu got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cankaya JK's Arif Tugay Sökmensu got a free kick in the 70th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sever Ardeleanu in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulvi Perinçek saved Cankaya JK from getting behind. Nuratay Umman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ali Macit Durusoy went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. If Sever Ardeleanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sever Ardeleanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nuratay Umman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Macit Durusoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Adolfo Jatsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Cankaya JK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Besiktas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
