Spectators: 7073 (Terracing: 5406, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 10) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Oğuzhan Oyum kicked off to start the match. Şadi Tevfik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaffar Şensal, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Şadi Tevfik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaffar Şensal's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute of the match Ahmet Seyfi Eraksan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Şadi Tevfik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gaffar Şensal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şadi Tevfik having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Sungurlu's goalkeeper Şadi Nebahattin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Faruk Besim. Fener Bahçe's Şadi Tevfik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eren Acaralp in the 26th minute of play. In the 36th minute, one of Fener Bahçe:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fener Bahçe. Müfit Zor shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 44th minute Gaffar Şensal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şadi Tevfik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Eren Acaralp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sungurlu's supporters rose to their feet, but Eren Acaralp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şadi Tevfik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fener Bahçe's Şadi Tevfik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaffar Şensal in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eren Acaralp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eren Acaralp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Sungurlu's Eren Acaralp in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fener Bahçe's goalie prevented a goal. When Eren Acaralp in the 60th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Şadi Tevfik kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. After 68 played minutes Eren Acaralp rounded Fener Bahçe's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eren Acaralp in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Şadi Tevfik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gaffar Şensal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Şadi Tevfik made a huge save. Eren Acaralp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Şadi Tevfik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şadi Tevfik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eren Acaralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Şadi Tevfik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eren Acaralp, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Sungurlu played a much better game than Fener Bahçe and deserved their victory. The Fener Bahçe players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
