Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aybars Sipahi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamza Kongur having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Safranbolu JK's goal looked a bit too open when Berk Özbekkan came free, but Hamza Kongur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Safranbolu JK getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Erkan Mülayim hit a great ball. Hamza Kongur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Berk Özbekkan's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Kenan Baray dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hamit Orgun, 1-0. In the 23rd match minute, Safranbolu JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murat Selim Alan to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Kalkan's Ünsal Ziyaettin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cevat Geçimoğlu in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hamit Orgun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Kenan Baray managed to get in a good position for a shot. Safranbolu JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kenan Baray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hamit Orgun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hamit Orgun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cevat Geçimoğlu's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Kenan Baray struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Hamit Orgun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Safranbolu JK. In the 34th minute, Özal Reşit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Safranbolu JK's Cevat Geçimoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hamza Kongur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aybars Sipahi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Kalkan's Hamit Orgun got control of the ball when Kenan Baray tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hamit Orgun was a little too slow when Kenan Baray got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Özal Reşit during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Özal Reşit kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Aybars Sipahi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cevat Geçimoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Kenan Baray had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hamit Orgun. Kalkan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kenan Baray was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Safranbolu JK's Kenan Baray got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Aybars Sipahi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kalkan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Dursun Aytekin's late challenge caught a Safranbolu JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dursun Aytekin helped the player get up and apologised. Dursun Aytekin hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Kenan Baray got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. İzzet Yücelay took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hamit Orgun. Kalkan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cevat Geçimoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Kenan Baray took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hamit Orgun. Hamit Orgun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Berk Özbekkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Hamza Kongur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 98 minutes of play, Kalkan's Tacettin Alpaslan made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hamza Kongur was left in no man's land by his defense there! Safranbolu JK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Kalkan for a fine match.
