The supporters of Bostanci SK booed when Gömec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balamir Türemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the game's 19th minute Bostanci SK's Faruk Nafiz Yeler took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Hazar Hidayet and thus the score was 0-2. After having played for 22 minutes, Yavuzalp Mürsel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Ufuk Yağızhan notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Gömec's Hazar Hidayet. Hazar Hidayet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Bostanci SK were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ufuk Yağızhan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Bostanci SK's Ufuk Yağızhan in the 85th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Hazar Hidayet was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Gömec through an amazing save. Ahmet Haşim Çakıroğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Aytunç Tuğser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Gömec's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Güney Bülbül fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bostanci SK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
