In the 39th minute, Armağan Balabey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute Armağan Balabey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ziya Onur Orsel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Cevher Yerhum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cakirlar's supporters rose to their feet, but Cevher Yerhum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bektaş Veli Pektaşi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Cakirlar players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Karatas were winning 0-2.

The Karatas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bektaş Veli Pektaşi should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Necip Batı during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 played minutes Karatas got a freekick which was hit by Necip Batı. In the 70th minute of the match Metin Sadi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bektaş Veli Pektaşi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cevher Yerhum blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bektaş Veli Pektaşi having to make a save. Karatas's Bektaş Veli Pektaşi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cevher Yerhum in the 76th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armağan Balabey got free with Ziya Onur Orsel in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cevher Yerhum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Bektaş Veli Pektaşi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karatas's goalkeeper Bektaş Veli Pektaşi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 90th match minute, Karatas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necip Batı to maneuver through the defense. The Cakirlar supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Karatas's performance. The match ended with a win for Karatas.
