Karakartallar JK's Demirhan Canalp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Karakartallar JK from getting a goal against them. Iskilip JK's Hürkan Kudretullah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raşit Coşkunsu in the 34th minute of play. Karakartallar JK's Demirhan Canalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alemdar Ufki in the 35th minute of play. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Karakartallar JK's goalkeeper Demirhan Canalp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Iskilip JK were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Karakartallar JK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hulusi Umur took the corner. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Alemdar Ufki put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Demirhan Canalp. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ataol Şeref made a kick off. If Alemdar Ufki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alemdar Ufki struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Demirhan Canalp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iskilip JK. Alemdar Ufki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demirhan Canalp having to interfere. Demirhan Canalp came out of the goal and Hulusi Umur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alemdar Ufki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th minute, Mustafa Necati Mansız left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karakartallar JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Demirhan Canalp came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Iskilip JK's Hulusi Umur. But to his dismay, Hulusi Umur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Hulusi Umur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Alemdar Ufki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
