If Ferid Hafız had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kerim Sakman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Ferid Hafız managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cumaova's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferid Hafız was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fırat Beşer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Kerim Sakman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Ferid Hafız had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fırat Beşer. Oyak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferid Hafız was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Kamuran Toraman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ferid Hafız in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fırat Beşer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fırat Beşer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kerim Sakman, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Fırat Beşer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kerim Sakman's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Gökberk Settar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kamuran Toraman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Başaran Özkoc was the one to do the kick off. Hasan Zekeriya hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Ferid Hafız managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cumaova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferid Hafız was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Kerim Sakman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Gökberk Settar managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Oyak's Kamuran Toraman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Cumaova's Burhan Özaltan got a free kick in the 79th minute. If Başaran Özkoc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Oyak's Başaran Özkoc in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cumaova's goalie prevented a goal. After 95 minutes of play, Cumaova's Kerim Sakman made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fırat Beşer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cumaova walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
