The supporters of Elazig FK booed when Hacı Osman İOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Koralp Münir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hüseyin Can Özmert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Galip Serdaroğlu in the 10th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Hacı Osman İOS's Tolga Özdoğal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. When Ali Galip Serdaroğlu came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Elazig FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Galip Serdaroğlu couldn't finish the play. Hüseyin Can Özmert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samim Talayhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Hacı Osman İOS fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Hacı Osman İOS's Tolga Özdoğal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet as Hacı Osman İOS's Tolga Özdoğal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tayyip Baykır. That made the score 4-0 after 37 minutes of play. Aytunç Kutay took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hüseyin Can Özmert. Hacı Osman İOS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 47 minutes of play, Elazig FK's Samim Talayhan made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hüseyin Can Özmert was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ali Galip Serdaroğlu made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolga Özdoğal in the 55th minute of play forced Elazig FK's goalkeeper Tayyip Baykır to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tolga Özdoğal in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tayyip Baykır prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Hacı Osman İOS fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Hacı Osman İOS's Tolga Özdoğal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 65 minutes, Tolga Özdoğal made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Elazig FK's Tayyip Baykır tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hüseyin Can Özmert came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Elazig FK's Rüknettin Biçimli. But to his dismay, Rüknettin Biçimli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Hacı Osman İOS's Süreyya Ademoğlu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Burak Tüzüner in the 78 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Hacı Osman İOS's Battal Gazi Özinal got a free kick in the 80th minute. The supporters of Elazig FK booed when Hacı Osman İOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Battal Gazi Özinal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Hacı Osman İOS's goalkeeper Hüseyin Can Özmert had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samim Talayhan. Süreyya Ademoğlu hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Elazig FK were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Hacı Osman İOS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aytunç Kutay took the corner. After taking down the ball on Elazig FK's corner Aytunç Kutay fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hüseyin Can Özmert quite easily take care of the ball. After 94 minutes, Samim Talayhan made it 6-3 with a short kick to the right side. Hacı Osman İOS's Hüseyin Can Özmert tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tolga Özdoğal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elazig FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
