Spectators: 7265 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edu Pinheiro started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Enginalp Şahinkan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karacasu SK's Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edu Pinheiro in the 4th minute of play. Başar Pozan struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Ulaş Serim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karacasu SK. Ulaş Serim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mümtaz Pekdeger in the 8th minute of the match. Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enginalp Şahinkan in the 12th minute of play. İsrafil Acunalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ulaş Serim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 minutes, Atıf Özdeş mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karacasu SK and the Sandikli players grew even worse after the yellow card. Atıf Özdeş hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Ulaş Serim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atıf Özdeş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the game, Sandikli's Edu Pinheiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Sandikli's Mehmet Şefik İlksel got a free kick in the 41st minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Başar Pozan made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Karacasu SK's goal looked a bit too open when Edu Pinheiro came free, but Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Edu Pinheiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edu Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Atıf Özdeş kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the game, Ender Ege was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sandikli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karacasu SK the free kick. The supporters of Karacasu SK booed when Sandikli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ender Ege didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70thth minute of the game Edu Pinheiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karacasu SK's Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edu Pinheiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Karacasu SK's zone, Edu Pinheiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu came out of the goal and Edu Pinheiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edu Pinheiro's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edu Pinheiro in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu saved Karacasu SK from getting behind. 85 minutes into the match, Sandikli's Enginalp Şahinkan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mümtaz Pekdeger took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulaş Serim. Ulaş Serim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edu Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute Edu Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kıvanç Eyüpoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Sandikli were the better team. Sandikli's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
