Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Samet Yerlikaya took the kick off in the first half of the match. Meriç İnanöz in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Batu Sönmez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Samet Yerlikaya managed to get in a good position for a shot. 1461 Trabzon's supporters rose to their feet, but Samet Yerlikaya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oğuzhan Nizami breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7th minute, Hasan Can Kayraalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Batu Sönmez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Meriç İnanöz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, 1461 Trabzon's goal looked a bit too open when İlhami Tekinay came free, but Batu Sönmez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Zeynel Kınay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. İlhami Tekinay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batu Sönmez having to interfere. Batu Sönmez was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and İlhami Tekinay capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. İlhami Tekinay really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Korkut Ergünay's shot from long distance in the 37th minute was not bad at all, but 1461 Trabzon's Batu Sönmez knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Meriç İnanöz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Batu Sönmez made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İlhami Tekinay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Batu Sönmez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meriç İnanöz in the 54th minute of the match. Samet Yerlikaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Oğuzhan Nizami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Meriç İnanöz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samet Yerlikaya received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oğuzhan Nizami came out and tried to block the shot, but Samet Yerlikaya slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 58th minute. After having played for 70 minutes, İlhami Tekinay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Söke's supporters crossed their fingers, but İlhami Tekinay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlhami Tekinay in the 75th minute of play forced 1461 Trabzon's goalkeeper Batu Sönmez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Batu Sönmez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İlhami Tekinay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hasan Can Kayraalp during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hasan Can Kayraalp hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Söke's goalkeeper Oğuzhan Nizami, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 1461 Trabzon's Güneş Tanyeri quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Baykan Cansal, made in the 87th minute of the game. Meriç İnanöz struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Batu Sönmez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Söke. Samet Yerlikaya could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Oğuzhan Nizami made a huge save. In the 96th match minute, Söke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bora Han Erbaş to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the 1461 Trabzon players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
