When Eyüpspor's Yağızhan Talaş in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Orta's goalie prevented a goal. Stig-Åke Pettersson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Nebi Sanay when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hayyam Durusan kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Stig-Åke Pettersson notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Eyüpspor's Nebi Sanay. Nebi Sanay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erik Dahlbom hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Onuralp Onur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alişan Eronat, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. A hard shot 18 in the game by Stig-Åke Pettersson from a close distance when the talented Nebi Sanay managed to make a qualified save. Eyüpspor's players were relieved. Onuralp Onur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Buğra Nazir in the 20th minute of play. Pompiliu Mălin kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Buğra Nazir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Onuralp Onur having to interfere. Stig-Åke Pettersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stig-Åke Pettersson struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Nebi Sanay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orta. İsmail Orhun Hazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nebi Sanay having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Stig-Åke Pettersson notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Eyüpspor's Nebi Sanay. Nebi Sanay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by İsmail Orhun Hazar in the 44th minute of play forced Eyüpspor's goalkeeper Nebi Sanay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nebi Sanay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Dahlbom in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the game, Berkem Egelioğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eyüpspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orta the free kick. The supporters of Orta booed when Eyüpspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berkem Egelioğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stig-Åke Pettersson to strike the kick off in the second half. Onuralp Onur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Buğra Nazir in the 51st minute. Yağızhan Talaş who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Onuralp Onur when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 59 minutes into the match, Orta's Stig-Åke Pettersson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nebi Sanay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Stig-Åke Pettersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 minutes Orta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Uluç Yoruk who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Eyüpspor's corner Uluç Yoruk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Onuralp Onur quite easily take care of the ball. İsmail Orhun Hazar struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Nebi Sanay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orta. If Stig-Åke Pettersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 84 minutes, İsmail Orhun Hazar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orta's supporters crossed their fingers, but İsmail Orhun Hazar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stig-Åke Pettersson in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nebi Sanay saved Eyüpspor from getting behind. Stig-Åke Pettersson might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nebi Sanay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stig-Åke Pettersson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Eyüpspor's goalkeeper Nebi Sanay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Erik Dahlbom came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Orta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Dahlbom couldn't finish the play. Stig-Åke Pettersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nebi Sanay having to interfere.
