Mut's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Adil Özalpsan scored to the left of an out of position Mehmet Bedri Vecid, making the score, 1-0. In the 9th minute, İshak Gümüş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Ahmet Kağan Baba notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Mut's Mehmet Bedri Vecid. Mehmet Bedri Vecid was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ahmet Kağan Baba took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehmet Bedri Vecid. Mehmet Bedri Vecid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. A collision led to Kadirli SK getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Adil Özalpsan hit a great ball. After 34 minutes, Hıdır Sanat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mut and the Kadirli SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Mut got a freekick which was hit by Hıdır Sanat. Mehmet Bedri Vecid made an important save on a dangerous shot by İshak Gümüş in the 35th minute. Kadirli SK's Ahmet Kağan Baba got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Mut booed when Kadirli SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Kağan Baba didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Orçun Hazin made a kick off. Mehmet Bedri Vecid didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Kağan Baba went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Ahmet Kağan Baba put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mehmet Bedri Vecid. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Kağan Baba in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mehmet Bedri Vecid prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Kemal Aksel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, Kadirli SK's goal looked a bit too open when Orçun Hazin came free, but Bayındır Mehmet Özata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kemal Aksel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Bedri Vecid having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Kağan Baba in the 76th minute of play forced Mut's goalkeeper Mehmet Bedri Vecid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mut's zone, Kemal Aksel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Bedri Vecid came out of the goal and Kemal Aksel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bayezit Oğuz charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bayezit Oğuz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 80 played minutes Mut got a freekick which was hit by Bayezit Oğuz. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 8-1 when Ahmet Kağan Baba sped through Mut's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mehmet Bedri Vecid. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Kağan Baba in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mehmet Bedri Vecid prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Kağan Baba in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Bedri Vecid saved Mut from getting behind. The supporters of Kadirli SK booed when Mut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kemalettin İplikçi didn't get a good kick on the ball.
