Tayfun İmge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Özkan İmdat made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samir Tengizalp to make the kick off. Özkan İmdat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samir Tengizalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Besim Kornes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 78th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SÜveyDİyeSpor fully deserved thier win.
