The supporters of boztepe booed when Caldiran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Hitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Doruk Erendiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jedrzej Robak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Ahmet Nedim Yücelay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halis Özakan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Halis Özakan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Nedim Yücelay in the 15th minute of the match. After 16 minutes, Ahmet Nedim Yücelay made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Caldiran's Halis Özakan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Halis Özakan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Nedim Yücelay, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Caldiran's Halis Özakan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Recep Tayyip Yağız in the 100th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Caldiran walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
