In the 8th minute Oğuzalp Arpacıoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yüce Gazir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramazan Tülün in the 12th minute of play forced FIRTINA's goalkeeper Tugay Maksut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute of the match, Mustafa Hakan Kapkin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tugay Maksut saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. FIRTINA's Tugay Maksut proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save FIRTINA from getting a goal against them. Oğuzalp Arpacıoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yüce Gazir having to interfere. Yüce Gazir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oğuzalp Arpacıoğlu in the 29th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Oğuzalp Arpacıoğlu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yüce Gazir was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. 33 minutes into the match, Erkut Eldemir dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tugay Maksut, 1-1. Reşit Şah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 46thth minute of the game Oğuzalp Arpacıoğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yahyali's Yüce Gazir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oğuzalp Arpacıoğlu was the one to do the kick off. Hürkan Samir hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Reşit Şah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 54th match minute, Yahyali was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erkut Eldemir to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yahyali's goalkeeper Yüce Gazir, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Oğuzalp Arpacıoğlu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Yüce Gazir skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Reşit Şah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yüce Gazir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oğuzalp Arpacıoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Yüce Gazir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reşit Şah in the 62nd minute of the match. Yahyali's Yüce Gazir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aytekin Aytuğ in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute Oğuzalp Arpacıoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yüce Gazir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Oğuzalp Arpacıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FIRTINA's Ali Baran Erkılınç suffered a sore thigh after 78 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 78 minutes, Mustafa Hakan Kapkin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yahyali and the FIRTINA players grew even worse after the yellow card. FIRTINA's Gökmen Genç was substituted for Ali Baran Erkılınç. The supporters of FIRTINA booed when Yahyali was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Hakan Kapkin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute Reşit Şah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yüce Gazir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Yüce Gazir successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Yahyali's Yüce Gazir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Yahyali from getting a goal against them. Yüce Gazir was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aytekin Aytuğ showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 97 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded FIRTINA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Yahyali.
