Sertaç Dündar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hafız Çağar. AfYoNsPoR's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If İdris Arslan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, es es's Nuh Uma got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Hafız Çağar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dilmen Bayır in the 26th minute of play. If Bilge Erçin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Yunus Akbayrak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Durmuş Perker. After having played for 44 minutes, Nuh Uma managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. es es's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nuh Uma was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in AfYoNsPoR's zone, Dilmen Bayır stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hafız Çağar came out of the goal and Dilmen Bayır tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 47 minutes, İdris Arslan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. es es's supporters crossed their fingers, but İdris Arslan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bilge Erçin to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Bilge Erçin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durmuş Perker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. es es's İdris Arslan got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rdth minute of the game Kaan Müjdat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AfYoNsPoR's Hafız Çağar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th minute, İdris Arslan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hafız Çağar. The goal made the score 1-3. If Dilmen Bayır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuratay İskandil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durmuş Perker having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kaan Müjdat got free with Hafız Çağar in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute, Yunus Akbayrak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Durmuş Perker was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After some careless play in the es es defense, Nuratay İskandil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Durmuş Perker. The es es fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Durmuş Perker should have stopped the shot. Hafız Çağar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dilmen Bayır in the 85th minute of play. Hafız Çağar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dilmen Bayır went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. In the 92nd minute, es es's İdris Arslan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hafız Çağar. Hafız Çağar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-5. es es's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
