Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 0) Alacalı FC's Menderes Taşel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mustafa Haydar Akçakaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aydemir Ayaydın having to interfere. Birdal Sarik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Menderes Taşel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Menderes Taşel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Birdal Sarik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Alacalı FC's goalkeeper Aydemir Ayaydın had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yavuz Selimhan Sarpkan. Mustafa Haydar Akçakaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Caycuma's zone, Menderes Taşel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birdal Sarik came out of the goal and Menderes Taşel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yavuz Selimhan Sarpkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Aydemir Ayaydın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aydemir Ayaydın made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yavuz Selimhan Sarpkan in the 31st minute. The audience was convinced that Mustafa Haydar Akçakaya's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aydemir Ayaydın was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. If Menderes Taşel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Caycuma's goal looked a bit too open when Menderes Taşel came free, but Birdal Sarik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aydemir Ayaydın made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yavuz Selimhan Sarpkan in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Aydemir Ayaydın came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Caycuma's Mustafa Haydar Akçakaya. But to his dismay, Mustafa Haydar Akçakaya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Menderes Taşel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Caycuma booed when Alacalı FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asım Ogün didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yavuz Selimhan Sarpkan in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aydemir Ayaydın saved Alacalı FC from getting behind. After 75 played minutes Alacalı FC got a freekick which was hit by Birkan Kurban. After having played for 86 minutes, Yavuz Selimhan Sarpkan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caycuma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yavuz Selimhan Sarpkan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Birdal Sarik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Menderes Taşel went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Mümtazer Ortaçgil made in the 95th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Alacalı FC's Habib Karaoğlan. Caycuma succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Alacalı FC had controlled the match.
