Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enver Çınar started the match with the kick off. Tophane JK's Güntekin Sarıkaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alpertunga Kuyas in the 6th minute of play. Alpertunga Kuyas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alpertunga Kuyas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Güntekin Sarıkaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lütfullah Işıker during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Eskisehir booed when Tophane JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lütfullah Işıker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alpertunga Kuyas struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Güntekin Sarıkaya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eskisehir. A hard shot 22 in the game by Batı Tansu from a close distance when the talented Güntekin Sarıkaya managed to make a qualified save. Tophane JK's players were relieved. Eskisehir's Alpertunga Kuyas got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Güntekin Sarıkaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alpertunga Kuyas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alpertunga Kuyas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Batı Tansu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bilal Bozoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Bozkurt Algın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Alpertunga Kuyas made the kick off in the second half. Güntekin Sarıkaya came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Eskisehir's Alpertunga Kuyas. But to his dismay, Alpertunga Kuyas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 58 played minutes Tophane JK got a freekick which was hit by Arif Memduh Özaltuğ. In the 72nd minute, Bilal Bozoğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tophane JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Bozkurt Algın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enver Çınar in the 78th minute of the match. If Enver Çınar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Tophane JK's goal looked a bit too open when Batı Tansu came free, but Güntekin Sarıkaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tophane JK's Arif Memduh Özaltuğ got a free kick in the 94th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Batı Tansu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eskisehir's supporters rose to their feet, but Batı Tansu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Güntekin Sarıkaya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
