Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Abdulhamit Rüşti started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, King Off's Sait Ceyhan got control of the ball when Sungurhan Sayyad tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sait Ceyhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sungurhan Sayyad in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, King Off was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakkı Devrim Onurkan to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the game, Duran Erdursun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. King Off's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gerede the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in King Off fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 11 minutes, Gerede's Ahmet Bülent Sezgin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sait Ceyhan. After a defensive mix-up in King Off's zone, Habib Sakman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sait Ceyhan came out of the goal and Habib Sakman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Abdulhamit Rüşti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdulhamit Rüşti struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Sait Ceyhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gerede. Ahmet Baki Afşaroğlu took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Naci Uçur. Naci Uçur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Gerede's Naci Uçur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Yahya Kemalettin in the 29th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Abdulhamit Rüşti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sait Ceyhan. That made the score 3-1 in the 35 minute of play. Sungurhan Sayyad made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 43rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Sait Ceyhan would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Sungurhan Sayyad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sait Ceyhan having to interfere.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Yahya Kemalettin to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Gerede's goalkeeper Naci Uçur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Baki Afşaroğlu. Sungurhan Sayyad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sait Ceyhan having to interfere. After 65 minutes, Habib Sakman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gerede and the King Off players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gerede getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Habib Sakman hit a great ball. King Off's Duran Erdursun couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gerede. 68 minutes into the match, King Off's Ahmet Baki Afşaroğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Naci Uçur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ahmet Yahya Kemalettin might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Naci Uçur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Yahya Kemalettin ran back to his position shaking his head. Ahmet Baki Afşaroğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Naci Uçur made a huge save. Gerede's Naci Uçur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Yahya Kemalettin in the 77th minute of play. When Demir Onatkan fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored King Off's protests and gave Demir Onatkan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gerede booed when King Off was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demir Onatkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Habib Sakman was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. After a defensive mix-up in King Off's zone, Cengiz Doğanten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sait Ceyhan came out of the goal and Cengiz Doğanten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sungurhan Sayyad struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Sait Ceyhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gerede. Tolga Ersalmış received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Sait Ceyhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hakkı Devrim Onurkan's late challenge caught a Gerede's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hakkı Devrim Onurkan helped the player get up and apologised. Hakkı Devrim Onurkan kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, King Off was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mahir Şakir to maneuver through the defense. When Abdulhamit Rüşti came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Gerede fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdulhamit Rüşti couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gerede fully deserved thier win.
