Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kazım Vural took the kick off in the first half of the match. Arif Cengiz Namdar hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. When Batıhan Sezginay fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kastamonu SK's protests and gave Batıhan Sezginay a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th match minute, Kastamonu SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batıhan Sezginay to maneuver through the defense. Mehmet Oğuz Sadik was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ahmet Bülent Sezgin. Abdulhamit Rüşti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerede's Naci Uçur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haluk Uğursoy in the 21st minute of play. Abdulhamit Rüşti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Mehmet Oğuz Sadik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sungurhan Sayyad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Oğuz Sadik having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Abdulhamit Rüşti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mehmet Oğuz Sadik. That made the score 1-0 in the 39 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Abdulhamit Rüşti made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Kastamonu SK's goal looked a bit too open when Sungurhan Sayyad came free, but Mehmet Oğuz Sadik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Sungurhan Sayyad put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mehmet Oğuz Sadik. In the 58th minute, Batıhan Sezginay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute of the match Ahmet Bülent Sezgin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mehmet Oğuz Sadik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulhamit Rüşti in the 60th minute of play forced Kastamonu SK's goalkeeper Mehmet Oğuz Sadik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute, Sungurhan Sayyad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Gerede getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Ahmet Bülent Sezgin hit a great ball. If Sungurhan Sayyad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Oğuz Sadik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulhamit Rüşti in the 73rd minute of the match. Mehmet Oğuz Sadik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulhamit Rüşti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 3-0 became the score in the 82nd minute when Hayrettin Celilay elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mehmet Oğuz Sadik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdulhamit Rüşti, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Sungurhan Sayyad made a precise shot to the right of Mehmet Oğuz Sadik. Kastamonu SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Cengiz Doğanten kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. With a little luck, Gerede's Naci Uçur got control of the ball when Kazım Vural tried to sneak it across the goal line. Haluk Uğursoy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Naci Uçur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulhamit Rüşti in the 95th minute of play forced Kastamonu SK's goalkeeper Mehmet Oğuz Sadik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gerede's Abdulhamit Rüşti in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kastamonu SK's goalie prevented a goal.
