Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Demircan Tanuğur in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Levent Kınıkaslan prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Tansu Naci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halil Can Yetener in the 52nd minute of play. After 55 minutes of play, Galatasaray FK's Halil Can Yetener made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tansu Naci was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Halil Can Yetener had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Namık Kemal Sertel kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Göktan Özgurcan hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Çağatay Dadaloğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, ALTAY's goal looked a bit too open when Halil Can Yetener came free, but Tansu Naci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 67 minutes, Meriç Kökşin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Meriç Kökşin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Levent Kınıkaslan made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Mehmet Oğuz Ergener sent off a good shot on target. Talha Özakın received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Levent Kınıkaslan came out and tried to block the shot, but Talha Özakın slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 72nd minute. Tansu Naci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halil Can Yetener in the 76th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Halil Can Yetener got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tansu Naci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çağatay Dadaloğlu in the 82nd minute of the match. When Talha Özakın came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the ALTAY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Talha Özakın couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil Can Yetener in the 91st minute of play forced ALTAY's goalkeeper Tansu Naci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, ALTAY's goal looked a bit too open when Halil Can Yetener came free, but Tansu Naci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Çağatay Dadaloğlu struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Tansu Naci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galatasaray FK. ALTAY succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Galatasaray FK had controlled the match.
