Abdurrezzak Özbil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aytekin Karaalp in the 15th minute of play. Günay Başayoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aytekin Karaalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdurrezzak Özbil having to interfere. Recep Talha Akar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdurrezzak Özbil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. The USEM fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when USEM's Aytekin Karaalp looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. USEM fully deserved thier win.
